We ship via DHL Ground unless customer specifies otherwise (additional charge).
Orders ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order, unless otherwise noted. If orders are not shipped within the 3-5 days, customer will be contacted.

International Orders:

For all single product orders sent via DHL a flat fee will be charged at $12.00 for Canada, Mexico and South America. All other international orders, please contact us directly at info@limabeanbaby.com. International packages do not have tracking available. Average shipping time depends on the country. Customers are responsible for any and all customs charges issued by their country.

 Sales tax: Sales Tax will only be charged to those purchasing within the state of Tennessee (9.25%).


Product Care: All products are machine washable and should be washed with like colors on cold. Tumble dry low.

Payment Options: We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase online. You may contact us directly to set up payment with check, COD, or Discover.  Your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified and will not be charged.

Our return policy is as follows:
Please contact customer service at within 5-7 days of receiving your package if for some reason you are not happy. We believe in satisfying our customer’s needs and will accommodate all returns that meet the following requirements:

• All returned and exchanged products must be in brand new, resalable condition.
• A $5.00 restocking fee will apply to all orders returned for a refund.
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
